8. Data Retention

8.1 Active Accounts

We retain your personal information and business data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide you with the Fusion Nexus Software services.

8.2 Account Termination

After your account is terminated or your subscription ends:

  • Customer Data will be retained for a minimum of 90 days, during which you can download your data
  • After 90 days, we reserve the right to permanently delete your Customer Data
  • Account information may be retained for longer periods as required for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes

8.3 Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may retain certain information for longer periods when required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and security.

8.4 Data Deletion

When we delete information, it will be removed from our active systems and backups in accordance with our data retention schedule. Some residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited time.

9. International Data Transfers

9.1 Data Location

The Fusion Nexus Software is operated from the United States. Your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9.2 Transfer Mechanisms

When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws to the United States, we implement appropriate safeguards, including:

The Fusion Nexus Software is currently available only to customers located in the United States and its territories. We may expand to additional regions in the future.

The Fusion Nexus Software is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age.
