🏭 Our Story

Built by Manufacturers

Not a software company guessing at what a plant floor needs.

Fusion Nexus comes straight out of the flexible packaging industry — built, tested, and run inside real manufacturing operations long before it was ever offered to anyone else.

✨ How We Got Here

From the Floor, Not the Boardroom

Fusion SE, LLC — the company behind Fusion Nexus — was founded by Allan Smith and Adam Ehmann, partners with years of hands-on experience as operators and experts in the flexible packaging industry. They didn't come to manufacturing from software. They came to software from manufacturing.

For years they ran their operations on purpose-built manufacturing software, so they knew exactly what good looked like — and exactly where it fell short. Some tools left gaps right where the critical work happened. Others buried simple, everyday tasks under layers of complexity no one asked for. Eventually the choice was obvious: stop working around the software, and build the system they actually wanted to use.

That's what Fusion Nexus is. For the past two years it has been built, tested, refined, and relied on the hard way — inside real manufacturing operations, by the people who depend on it every shift. Every module exists because someone on the floor needed it to.

We're based in Northeastern Wisconsin, a stone's throw from the Fox River Valley — the stretch of the state long known as "Paper Valley," once home to the largest concentration of paper mills in the world. Manufacturing isn't a market we decided to enter. It's the ground we come from.

🧭 What We Believe

Our Principles

A few simple ideas guide every decision we make.

Floor-First

If a feature doesn't help the people doing the work, it doesn't ship.

Simple by Design

The right tool makes the hard part easy — it doesn't make the easy part hard.

Proven in Production

Every feature earns its place in a live operation before anyone else ever sees it.

Built to Grow With You

One platform and fair pricing, with room to scale as your operation does.

⚡ The Difference

Why Fusion Nexus is Different

1

Operators, not outsiders

Fusion Nexus was designed by people who've run the machines, chased the orders, and closed the month — not by consultants studying the industry from the outside.

2

Built to fit, not to impress

It closes the gaps other systems leave open and strips out the complexity they pile on. Every screen earns its place.

3

Battle-tested, not beta

Two years of daily use across real manufacturing operations. You're adopting a system that already works — not a roadmap.

Run Your Operation on Software That Gets It

Fusion Nexus was built by manufacturers who needed it to work. See what it can do for yours.
